Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days
Available countries will be displayed during checkout. If a destination does not appear when entering the shipping address, it means that we do not currently ship to that location.
Order Processing and Tracking
Orders are processed on business days. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, provided that the shipping carrier makes it available.
The delivery times shown are estimates and may vary during public holidays, promotional campaigns, periods of high demand, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Customs and Taxes
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or handling fees. These costs are not included in the order price or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
The customer is responsible for checking that the shipping address is correct before completing the purchase. We are not responsible for delays or returned packages caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses, or by the recipient being unavailable.
If the package is returned to our facilities, we may require payment of a new shipping fee before sending it again.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If the order arrives damaged or incomplete, or is not received within a reasonable period of time, please contact us at terreguille007@gmail.com. Include your order number and attach photographs when appropriate.
